Mixed, or too few independent ratings to call. In our score this is 1.75 of 2 points. How we score
Praise that comes up again
- odor sealing / sealed door — most frequent praise (13 of 50 mention odor, nearly all positive)
- auto-packing bag system, esp. for seniors / limited mobility / immunocompromised
- safety sensors stop the drum when the cat approaches
- camera clips and weight tracking while travelling
- quieter than PuraMax (one owner)
Praise
“The sealing door on this thing is incredible. I keep it in a small apartment and smell absolutely nothing.”
Complaint
“It’s a shame the playback is behind a paywall (Care+), but they give you a month free to decide.”
Praise
“for my two cats, I’ve only had to pack the waste twice in a month. One ring goes a lot further than I expected.”
Complaint
“once the waste bin is full, the cleaning cycle stops completely, and you have to manually trigger the 'auto-packing' while standing by the machine.”
Complaint
“The machine itself is massive on the outside, but the inside is surprisingly snug. My cats are fine (11lbs), but I wouldn't put a huge cat in here.”
Complaint
“it only lasts fir a week with my 17 pound cat.”
