Praise
“The motor is silent unless it is running low on water or after you just fill it up.”
Complaint
“The water pump went out after 2 1/2 years. It would intermittently stop working and make a horrific buzzing noise.”
Praise
“All the parts aside from the pump get thrown in the dishwasher and come out clean.”
Complaint
“Five months in and the motor conked out. No pressure whatsoever.”
Complaint
“With the top piece not fitting onto the bottom piece correctly, the fountain is time-consuming to assemble after cleaning.”
Quotes are word for word from the linked pages, and we pick praise and complaints alike. Reviews on the brand's own site and reviews written for a free product are not counted. Store ratings change over time; the date shows when we checked.
